Do I need to bring a ticket?
No need to bring a ticket with you. We will have a check-in registration using first and last name.
Is there food and beverages being served?
Yes! A delicious dinner is included with your ticket. We will also have 2 bars set up for beverages (Full bar, wine, non-alcoholic drinks, and water).
Are children able to attend?
While this Gala is all for the kids, this is a 21+ adult event.
What is the attire?
Dress to impress with anything from the roaring 1920s!! Costumes or elegant black and gold are great ways to go. Looking for inspo? Google 1920s party outfits-- you'll see lots of flapper dresses, boas, beads, and feathers! Or grab some popcorn and watch some flix set in the 20s like The Great Gatsby, Chicago, and The Cat's Meow.
What is the event timeline? (Subject to change)
5:30pm: Doors open for check-in
5:30pm - 7:00pm: Silent auction + live entertainment, drinks and apps
7:00pm: Plated dinner service begins
7:20pm: Welcome address, "Steal It" winner announced
7:30/7:45pm: Live auction begins
8:30pm - 10:00pm: Dance floor open and bar opens back up
10:00pm: Close out your tabs, pick up your wins, and head home
Is there parking onsite?
Yes! Plenty.
What is this "Steal It" ticket?
A limited amount of "Steal It" tickets will be sold and one lucky winner will have the option to pick any silent auction item. A "Steal It" ticket can be purchased on our ticket site for $150. Our silent auction items range from $35 - $2,000. You can add a Steal it ticket while you are purchasing tickets or even after separately as well as onsite.
I already bought my tickets, can I still buy a "Steal It" ticket or Wine for the table?
Yes! You can add a Steal it ticket or wine while you are purchasing tickets or even after separately as well as onsite.
Dinner sounds delicious! I have allergies, how do I note it?
When selecting your choices of Salmon, Steak, or Vegetarian you can add any allergies in the write-in box. If you need to update it after buying your tickets, reach out to lakeforestptcfundraising@gmail.com with any questions!
Can I change my credit card info for items purchased?
Yes, we can!
Will I get a tax receipt after the event?
Yes! At the end of the night, visit the check-out tables to collect your won items and confirm your amount spent. Within 5-7 days post Gala, you will receive an itemized tax receipt via the email you used to purchase your tickets.
Any info on company matching?
Yes! It is a quick 5 minute process to forward on your tax receipt that we will send 5-7 days post Gala to your HR contact or department. Then your company will do the rest!
